ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA334_5G2 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SNCA (Cat. PP-272) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SNCA monoclonal antibody (KAA354_3G6) was used as the detection antibody. Result:KAA334_5G2 and KAA354_3G6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SNCA.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by SNCA antibody (KAA334_5G2). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
