ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA354_3G6 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SNCA (Cat. PP-272) was used as the antigen. Percoxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SNCA monoclonal antibody (KAA334_5G2) was used as the detection antibody. Result:KAA354_3G6 and KAA334_5G2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SNCA.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by SNCA antibody (KAA354_3G6). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
