ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16229_1E3 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. KRT19 (Cat. PP-129) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human KRT19 monoclonal antibody (K16229_6C2) was used as the detection antibody. Result:K16229_1E3 and K16229_6C2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of KRT19.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of liver tissue by KRT19 antibody (K16229_1E3). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded liver tissue.

Immunoprecipitation: Immunoprecipitation was performed by incubation of 2.5 ug of K16229_1E3 with HCT116 lysate containing 200 ug of total protein. After absorption with Protein G beads, the mixture was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KRT19 (K16229_6B12) at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. The isotype control antibody was KT82. Lane 1: HCT116 lysate Lane 2: KRT19 immunoprecipitated from HCT116 lysate by K16229_1E3 Lane 3: The same as Lane 2 but KT82 was used as IgG isotype control antibody Result: K16229_1E3 can immunoprecipitate KRT19.
Western Blot: 15 ug of HCT116 lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16229_1E3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KRT19 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K16229_1E3 can detect KRT19 by Western blotting.
