Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K16229_4H6 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. KRT19 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of MCF-7 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of HCT116 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HT-29 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate Result: K16229_4H6 can detect KRT19 by Western blotting.
