KRT19 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of HeLa lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of MCF-7 lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of HCT116 lysate Lane 4: 15 ug of HT-29 lysate Lane 5: 15 ug of Hep G2 lysate Lane 6: 15 ug of SK-OV-3 lysate Lane 7: 15 ug of Rat lung tissue lysate Result: K16229_2B1 can detect KRT19 by Western blotting.
