ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E007_7E4 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL17A (Cat. PQ-368) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL17A monoclonal antibody (K1E007_7H5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E007_7H5 and K1E007_7E4 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL17A .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL17A (Cat. PQ-368) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K1E007_7H5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL17A band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K1E007_7H5 can detect IL17A by Western blotting.
