Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL17A was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA340_4B1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL17A band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KAA340_4B1 can detect human IL17A by Western blotting.
