ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E007_1A9 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL17A (Cat. PQ-368) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL17A monoclonal antibody (K1E007_1C3) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E007_1C3 and K1E007_1A9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL17A .
