ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K8U003_12D9 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CD63 (Cat. P09869SA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CD63 monoclonal antibody (K06337_9C12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K8U003_12D9 and K06337_9C12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CD63 .
