ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K8U003_13D8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CD63 (Cat. P09869SA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CD63 monoclonal antibody (K8U003_12D9) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K8U003_13D8 and K8U003_12D9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CD63 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of colon tissue by CD63 antibody (K8U003_13D8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded colon tissue.
