ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT143 at 1 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human TNNI3 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TNNI3 monoclonal antibody (KT142) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT143 and KT142 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TNNI3.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of heart muscle tissue by TNNI3 antibody (KT143). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded heart muscle tissue.
