ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA461_9H10 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. TNNI3 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human TNNI3 monoclonal antibody (KAA461_12F8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA461_16A8 and KAA461_9H10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of TNNI3 .
