Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA343_2G1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse IgG (Light chain specific) was used as the secondary antibody. AGER band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of lung tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of rat lung tissue lysate Lane 3: 15 ug of mouse lung tissue lysate Result: KAA343_2G1 can detect AGER by Western blotting.
