ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92008_2E5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. AGER (Cat. PP-501) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human AGER monoclonal antibody (K92008_3E8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92008_3E8 and K92008_2E5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of AGER .
