ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92008_5C8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. AGER (Cat. PP-501) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human AGER monoclonal antibody (K92008_3G10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92008_3G10 and K92008_5C8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of AGER .
