ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K94028_3E3 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. SIGLEC7 (Cat. PP-1188) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human SIGLEC7 monoclonal antibody (K70050_7C2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70050_7C2 and K94028_3E3 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of SIGLEC7 .
