ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70031_8B8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. C3 (Cat. PP-055) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human C3 monoclonal antibody (K70031_1E5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70031_8B8 and K70031_1E5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of C3 .
