ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT228 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. N (Cat. P02696PA) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human N monoclonal antibody (K06251_11H7) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06251_11H7 and KT228 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of N .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06251_11H7 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K06251_11H7 can detect recombinant human SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid protein by Western blotting.
