ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA320_2E12 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. PGF was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human PGF monoclonal antibody (KAA320_2E12) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA320_2E12 and KAA320_2E12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of PGF.
