Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by PGF antibody (KAA320_14C9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded placenta tissue.
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human PGF was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KAA320_14C9 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. PGF band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: KAA320_14C9 can detect PGF by Western blotting.
