ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KAA320_15H9 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. PGF was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human PGF monoclonal antibody (KAA320_13G6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KAA320_15H9 and KAA320_13G6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of PGF.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of placenta tissue by PGF antibody (KAA320_15H9). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded placenta tissue.
