Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human GDNF (Cat. P01924PC) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K92005_3D11 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. GDNF band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K92005_3D11 can detect human GDNF by Western blotting.
