ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92021_12H3 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. PARK7 (Cat. PP-363) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human PARK7 monoclonal antibody (K92021_20F2) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92021_12H3 and K92021_20F2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of PARK7 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of kidney tissue by PARK7 antibody (KAA303_15D5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded kidney tissue.
