ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K92021_20F2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. PARK7 (Cat. PP-363) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human PARK7 monoclonal antibody (K92021_12D8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K92021_12D8 and K92021_20F2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of PARK7 .
