ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K24011_8B5 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL1A (Cat. PP-064) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1A monoclonal antibody (K24011_17E10) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K24011_8B5 and K24011_17E10 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1A.
