ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K24011_15A2 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL1A (Cat. PP-064) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL1A monoclonal antibody (K24011_17E8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K24011_17E8 and K24011_15A2 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL1A .
