Western Blot: 15 ug of Ramos lysate was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K94011_3G5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CD38 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: K94011_3G5 can detect CD38 by Western blotting.
