ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E039_4C6 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. DCTN2 (Cat. PP-846) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human DCTN2 monoclonal antibody (K1E039_7D5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E039_7D5 and K1E039_4C6 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of DCTN2 .
