ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K1E039_4C8 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. DCTN2 (Cat. PP-846) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human DCTN2 monoclonal antibody (K1E039_4C6) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K1E039_4C6 and K1E039_4C8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of DCTN2 .
