Western Blot: Various protein samples were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. OC-039 at 3 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. DCTN2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of K-562 lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain Lane 3: 15 ug of rat brain Result: OC-039 can detect DCTN2 by Western blotting.
