ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT35 at 5 ug/mL as the capture antibody.Human CSF2 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated rat anti-human CSF2 monoclonal antibody (KT37) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT35 and KT37 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CSF2.
Western Blot: 25ng of recombinant human CSF2 was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT35 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-rat IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CSF2 band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KT35 can detect recombinant human CSF2 by Western blotting.
