Cross reactivity test: Microtiter wells were coated with various human cytokines. K16248_5D8 was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. Result: K16248_5D8 does not cross-react with IL1B, IL2, IL4, IL5, IL6, IL7, CXCL8, IL9, IL10, IL11, IL12, IL13, IFNA, IFNG, CCL2, KITLG and TNF.
ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16248_5D8 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human CSF2 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CSF2 monoclonal antibody (KT227) was used as the detection antibody. Results: K16248_5D8 and KT227 can be used as matched antibody pairs to detect and quantify the concentration of CSF2.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of lung tissue by CSF2 antibody (K16248_5D8). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded lung tissue.
