ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16248_7D10 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human CSF2 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CSF2 monoclonal antibody (K16248_4C5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16248_7D10 and K16248_4C5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CSF2.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of lung tissue by CSF2 antibody (K16248_7D10). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded lung tissue.
