ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K16248_16A1 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. Human CSF2 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CSF2 monoclonal antibody (K16248_2B8) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K16248_16A1 and K16248_2B8 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CSF2.
