Western Blot: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate and 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate were run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49012_1G5 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. NEFL band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Lane 1: 15 ug of rat brain tissue lysate Lane 2: 15 ug of mouse brain tissue lysate Result: K49012_1G5 can detect NEFL by Western blotting.
