ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K49012_8F4 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. NEFL (Cat. PP-106) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human NEFL monoclonal antibody (K49012_8E4) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K49012_8F4 and K49012_8E4 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of NEFL.
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of brain tissue by NEFL antibody (K49012_8F4). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded brain tissue.
