Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human S100B was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. KT169 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. S100B band was visualized using ECL Substrate. Result: KT169 can detect recombinant human S100B by Western blotting.
