ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT170 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. S100B was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human S100B monoclonal antibody (KT169) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT169 and KT170 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of S100B.
