ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K11084_5G1 at 3 ug/mL as the capture antibody. S100B (Cat. PP-081) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human S100B monoclonal antibody (K11084_6E1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K11084_5G1 and K11084_6E1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of S100B.
