Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CCL8 (Cat. PP-3673) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K52037_18D1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL8 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K52037_18D1 can detect CCL8 by Western blotting.
