ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K52037_8B9 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CCL8 (Cat. PP-3673) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CCL8 monoclonal antibody (K52037_16E3) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K52037_16E3 and K52037_8B9 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CCL8 .
