ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K29034_6D12 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL22 (Cat. PP-381) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL22 monoclonal antibody (K49043_7A1) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K49043_7A1 and K29034_6D12 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL22 .
Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL22 (Cat. PP-381) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49043_7A1 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL22 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49043_7A1 can detect IL22 by Western blotting.
