Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human IL22 (Cat. PP-381) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K49043_12E4 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. IL22 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K49043_12E4 can detect IL22 by Western blotting.
