ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K49043_20E1 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. IL22 (Cat. PP-381) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human IL22 monoclonal antibody (K49043_20H5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K49043_20H5 and K49043_20E1 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of IL22 .
