Nanodiscs consist of full-length transmembrane proteins that are embedded in lipid bilayers and stabilized by scaffold materials, such as MSPs or polymers. However, this format may not be ideal for certain cellular experiments because the lipid content tends to fuse with cell membranes. PeptiNanodisc is a lipid-free system that uses synthetic peptides to shield the hydrophobic regions of membrane proteins during purification. Elisa plates were pre-coated with C-Flag&Strep Tag CLDN18.2-Strep-PeptiNanodisc (0.2 ug/per well). Serial diluted anti-CLDN18.2 monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-CLDN18.2 monoclonal antibody binding with CLDN18.2-Strep-PeptiNanodisc is 60.34 ng/mL.
