Western Blot: 25 ng of recombinant human CCL2 (Cat. PP-538) was run on 6-18% SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions and blotted onto nitrocellulose membrane. K06288_7H3 at 1 ug/mL was used as the primary antibody and peroxidase conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG was used as the secondary antibody. CCL2 band was visualized using ECL Western Blotting Substrate. Result: K06288_7H3 can detect CCL2 by Western blotting.
