ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with KT221 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CCL2 (Cat. PP-538) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CCL2 monoclonal antibody (K06288_16E11) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06288_16E11 and KT221 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CCL2 .
