ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06288_4G5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CCL2 (Cat. PP-538) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CCL2 monoclonal antibody (KT221) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K06288_4G5 and KT221 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CCL2 .
Immunohistochemistry: IHC-P analysis of stomach tissue by CCL2 antibody (K06288_4G5). IHC-P was performed using sections of the formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded stomach tissue.
