ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K06288_4G5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CCL2 (Cat. PP-538) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CCL2 monoclonal antibody (KT221) was used as the detection antibody. Result: KT221 and K06288_4G5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CCL2 .
