ELISA: Microtiter wells were coated with K70020_15E5 at 3.0 ug/mL as the capture antibody. CD81 (Cat. PQ-088) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CD81 monoclonal antibody (K70020_12C5) was used as the detection antibody. Result: K70020_15E5 and K70020_12C5 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of CD81 .
